A. Hong Kong region
When purchasing any products, including: any crib, baby's seat, baby dining chair, car chair, baby dining chair, and any baby products, please refer to the terms in 1 of the "Hong Kong Delivery Service". After purchasing, our customer service staff will contact you after placing the order. You will be notified of the delivery service time via email within 1 working day.
C. International regions
If the order needs to be delivered to Macay, China or overseas countries, select the delivery country/region when checking out the shopping cart, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost. Please read international delivery to know the delivery charges
D. Prices and Taxes
The product price is the recommended retail price in Hong Kong and includes all taxes in Hong Kong. For international shopping orders, customers are responsible for the tax on the goods themselves, and 0/3 baby will not bear it.
1.1 The delivery date and time slot in general areas will depend on the day's itinerary. If you need to specify a date or time slot, additional fees will be charged (please what’s 56114321)
1.2 Separate quotations are required for remote areas or areas where delivery cannot be arranged. The delivery service may be delayed due to weather/traffic conditions. The arrival date and time will be subject to actual conditions.
1.3 Service hours are Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 8 p.m. (no delivery on Sundays and public holidays)
1.4 In-stock products will be delivered within 2-5 working days after purchase.
1.5 For pre-ordered products, we will notify the customer to arrange delivery after the goods arrive after the purchase date.
1.6 If there is no lift at the delivery location or the goods must be delivered via stairs, each floor will be charged HKD$50 (limited to three floors). Please indicate this when filling in the delivery address. Please pay the cost of going up the stairs directly to the delivery person.
1.7 Delivery or installation services do not apply to outside service hours/closed areas, houseboats, units under renovation and construction sites, etc.
1.8 The service team will contact the customer one day before the delivery date to confirm the delivery time.
